1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 2jil platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 2jil. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continuing to use 2jil after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

These terms apply to all versions of the platform — desktop website, mobile browser, and the Android app.

2 Eligibility

To create and maintain a 2jil account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 2jil employee.
• You must not have a previously closed or self-excluded 2jil account.

2jil reserves the right to request documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility will be suspended pending review. Deposits held in an ineligible account will be returned to the original payment source after verification that no fraudulent activity occurred.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each person may only hold one active 2jil account. Creating multiple accounts — whether with the same or different personal details — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

Before your first withdrawal, your account must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This requires submitting a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. 2jil may request additional documentation at any stage if there is reason to verify your identity further.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 2jil will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All account transactions at 2jil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Deposits are accepted through approved Philippine payment channels including online banking, bank transfer, and registered local e-wallets. The available deposit methods for your account are displayed in the Deposit section when you are logged in.

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated periodically. Current limits are visible in your account at the time of deposit. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods at 2jil.

Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine payment method. Withdrawal requests require your KYC verification to be complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. 2jil does not accept responsibility for delays caused by your bank or payment provider once funds have been released from the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

2jil offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed in the Promotions section of your account when the offer is active.

Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. It must be used for gaming in eligible categories, and any resulting winnings become withdrawable only after the specified wagering or turnover requirement has been completed within the offer's active window.

Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim an offer more than once, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or exploiting promotional terms in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose — is considered a breach of these Terms. 2jil reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in such cases.

2jil does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be available at any given time. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time, though any offer already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms stated at the time of acceptance.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the 2jil platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, fish games, and eBingo — operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers. By participating in any game, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of a technical failure, game results that were interrupted or corrupted before completion may be voided. Any PHP credits incorrectly added to an account as a result of a technical error will be reclaimed by 2jil. Deliberately exploiting known errors or malfunctions is a breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except in circumstances specified within the individual game's rules (such as certain in-play sports betting markets).

Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all game categories. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2jil platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where required:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation
• Creating more than one account per person
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or misconfigured bet lines for financial gain
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Misusing promotions in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose

2jil reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action without prior notice. Any PHP balance in an account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

2jil is committed to providing tools and information to support responsible gaming. Account tools including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion are available in your account settings at all times. These tools are voluntary and can be activated immediately — they work independently of any active bonus or promotional offer.

Players who activate self-exclusion will have their account access suspended for the requested period. During self-exclusion, promotional communications related to gaming will be suppressed. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the requested period has elapsed will be subject to a cooling-off period as required by responsible gaming best practices.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jil platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 2jil or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 2jil content without explicit written permission.

Game titles, images, and related materials available through the platform may be the intellectual property of their respective game providers. Your access to these materials is solely for personal, non-commercial use as a platform player.

The 2jil name and branding may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

2jil provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime. 2jil will make reasonable efforts to minimise these interruptions but accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2jil's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the PHP amount of real money deposits you made in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jil is not liable for losses caused by your own failure to follow these Terms, by third-party payment processing delays, by technical failures outside 2jil's control, or by your own gaming decisions and outcomes.

11 Changes to These Terms

2jil reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via their registered contact details or through an in-account notification. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised date.

Continuing to use the 2jil platform after notification of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept a material update, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining PHP balance before the updated terms take effect.
